The Research Library is continually working to improve access to resources. In this guide, the library will provide links to freely available online resources to help alumni learn more and how to gain access. Click on the tabs on the left-hand side of the page to get started.

Use this search box to find open access resources. If you are unable to access an item, you may be able to request the item through your local library. This service is usually called interlibrary loan.

How do I find free articles through Google Scholar?

  1. Add the UnPaywall browser extension to Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Search Google Scholar.
  3. Select the article title.
  4. Click on the UnPaywall icon on the right-hand side of your screen (green lock).

Note: UnPaywall will download open access (free) articles only. Check with your local library to order any subscription based articles or books through a service called interlibrary loan.
