New libraries create two parts to support the library (.enl file and .data folder). Both parts are required for the library to operate. Do not delete either part.
If you move the library file, you must move the associated data folder to the same location.
If you rename the library file, you must rename the associated data folder in exactly the same way (make a backup copy of the library before renaming)
Users can create an unlimited number of libraries
Only ONE library can be synced to an EndNote Online account
Do not save libraries on cloud-synching drives/folders (this can lead to corruption issues)
Create and customize a library for references.
EndNote will create and open the new library
